Services Description

GB Enterprises LLC provides professional automotive services including window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), car wraps, chrome delete, vinyl wrapping, LED light installation, and commercial vehicle wraps, as described on the Website and in person at our facility.

Services are performed at our location: 2001 Bellevue St, Suite B, Green Bay, WI 54311. Online quotes, estimates, or descriptions are informational only. All quotes remain estimates until your vehicle is inspected in person. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle type, condition, size, complexity, and materials selected.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are recommended to ensure availability and timely service; walk-ins may be accepted when scheduling permits. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in our requiring a deposit for future appointments.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship and applicable manufacturer products. Specific warranty terms are provided at the time of service and may vary by product line. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Ceramic window tint may include a lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, and fading under normal use, as described in your service documentation.
• Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, vandalism, abuse, improper cleaning, chemical exposure, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Car wraps and PPF may carry manufacturer warranties; coverage depends on the product installed.
• Warranty claims generally require inspection at our facility. Contact us to arrange an evaluation before attempting repairs elsewhere.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless we agree in writing to different terms. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice; confirmed written quotes may be honored for the period stated on the quote.

Limitation of Liability

Services are performed to professional standards but are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. GB Enterprises LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint defects, corrosion, prior repairs, or conditions that could not reasonably be identified before or during service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from services performed at our facility shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and layout—is owned by GB Enterprises LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
